Depositions: Byer v. City of La Palma

A note on completeness: This page reflects excerpts from seven depositions and one trial-testimony excerpt, not full transcripts. Six of the seven depositions were noticed and primarily questioned by plaintiff's counsel; readers should weigh that the excerpts available for review reflect what plaintiff's counsel chose to highlight, not a random sample of each transcript. Ronald Lopino's testimony is the last deposition transcript currently on file with the La Palma Record for this case. James Olson's testimony was given at trial, not in a pretrial deposition, and is presented separately for that reason.
